At Dave's work they've been using a program that keeps track of the hours they work for various clients. I presume that's what they use it for. Dave says to me today:

In college, I wrote Timesheet.php for my job at the Engineering Computer Center. We used it to keep, well, our timesheets for each week. Being the free-software anarchist i was back in college, I released the whole thing under the GPL. A few years back Dominic contacted me to take it over. I didn't think anybody ever actually used it! Yay for software I wrote!
